All sales are final. We can't accept a return or refund for an error that wasn't ours.
If the error was on JoJo's Jerky's end, you'll be completely refunded for both the shipping and the product cost.
If we shipped you the incorrect product, you can return it unopened and untampered within 7 days for a full refund. Please allow an additional 7 days for the product cost to be refunded.
